Founded by Ryan Newton and Tyler Watts, New Watts is a Greenville-based real estate development company built around decisive execution, thoughtful design and relationships that last beyond a single project.

Leadership
Ryan Newton is Co-Owner of New Watts LLC and an experienced business leader and real estate developer based in Greenville, South Carolina. He brings a hands-on, execution-focused approach to every project—from identifying opportunities and evaluating potential investments to coordinating design, financing, construction and the eventual sale of each home.
Ryan is married to his wife, Ashley, and is a proud father to their son, Kohen. His family is the motivation behind his long-term approach to business and real estate. He believes the best developments combine thoughtful design, quality construction and disciplined decision-making to create homes that strengthen their neighborhoods and deliver lasting value.
Tyler Watts is Co-Owner of New Watts LLC and a seasoned mortgage and real estate professional based in Greenville, South Carolina. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he studied finance and real estate, Tyler brings more than a decade of lending experience and a deep understanding of financing, market conditions and the homebuying process.
Throughout his career, Tyler has helped buyers and investors navigate important financial decisions with clarity, responsiveness and attention to detail. At New Watts, he applies that financial expertise to evaluating opportunities, structuring projects and making disciplined decisions that support quality construction and long-term value.
